Premier Deluxe Wedding Package $1,399 (Save $256)

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES CEREMONY SOUND AND MICROPHONE FOR OFFICIANT (1 hour allowed for wedding ceremony) ALONG WITH 4 HOURS FOR YOUR RECEPTION (total of 5 hours). also included is music, mc, all announcements, with our top of the line sound, 2 lights that change colors and provide a ‘washing’ effect over your crowd (only if wedding and reception are in same room. if wedding is in another room, outside, or at another facilty, a separate charge will be added). *note, if you want us at your rehearsal there will be an additional fee added*


Additional Hours $175

We can add additional hours to your event in case you know you will need more time or if you’re not ready for your party to end.

Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal Director $225 (Plus mileage over 30 miles)

Let’s face it, a wedding is kind of like a production of a play or show. Every production has a director. We have noticed that the bride and bridal party get nervous about the ceremony itself. That is where we can help. Shane will be there at your rehearsal to direct the bridal party where to be and when to be sure your wedding ceremony goes flawlessly. Often times a wedding planner will do this but if you do not have a wedding planner, we would love to assist you in this aspect of your wedding! We feel this is very helpful and comforting to our clients. We want to make sure we take stress away from you so you can enjoy your day and not be worried. we will work with you to be sure your wedding ceremony is everything you envisioned.

Wedding Ceremony Music/Sound $300

if you decdide to have your wedding ceremony somewhere other than a church, we can help! we will provide music as your guests are arriving up to 30 minutes before your wedding start time. this includes a wireless microphone for the officiant ( 1 hour total)

Uplighting $30/light

lIGHTING UP THE ENTIRE ROOM WITH COLOR IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO ENHANCE YOUR ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.

Dancefloor Effect Lighting $80/light

we offer several different options for dancefloor lighting from basic to extravagant. let us know your needs and we will make it happen. we will work with you to help you decide what suits you best. prices reflect on how many lights you’ll want to enhance your event.

Corporate Events or Birthday Parties

We will play your event with whatever your needs are from 10 people to 600 people. the prices are based on how long your event is and how many people are in attendance (so we know how much equipment to bring) as well as any lighting needed.

IF VENUE OF EVENT IS MORE THAN 30 MILES AWAY FROM OUR HOME OFFICE IN HUNTINGTON, INDIANA, EVERY MILE AFTER 30 MILES WILL BE CHARGED AT $1.75 PER MILE ONE WAY.

Early Setup

if we are required to set up early for any reason, there will be a charge of $75 per hour that we have to be early. example, if you need us set up by 2 pm but we don’t begin playing until 4, the charge would be $150.

Stairs/Elevator

IF THE VENUE OF YOUR EVENT REQUIRES Us not to be on the ground floor and require us to use stairs or an elevator, AN ADDITIONAL $150-$300 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ADDITIONAL STAFF TO MOVE EQUIPMENT depending on what floor the event is on and how much equipment is needed for your event.
